Fir Tree Lodge

Fir Tree Lodge was possibly the most exciting house to be built, the first new house to be built on the site, it is situated in the far corner of the private cul de sac overlooking acres of paddock land at the rear, the house has a beautiful view which we worked hard to maximise. The garden loops around the house from the double garage, with ample room to play and relax, the last of the summer sun hits the garden to the rear and would make the most delightful alfresco dining area.

We wanted to ensure that the house flowed beautifully, and worked with the architects to create fluidity between the main living spaces which all lead to enclosed garden, with large bifold windows the space becomes one in the summer, with seamless flow from the indoors, out.

The house has everything you would expect from a bespoke house developer, we have tried to maximise the natural light, sparing no expense with state of the art bifold windows, with single finger opening capabilities and trap proof mechanisms. Large solid timber windows complete the look, flooding this house with natural light.

The large 43ft open plan kitchen, dining and family room which leads out to the garden is undoubtedly the heart of the house, with a stunning kitchen island and premium appliances from Fisher Paykel and Neff, cooking at home never felt so good.

We are fans of open plan living, but appreciate this might not be for everyone, so decided to incorporate a wonderful snug which makes the perfect retreat for when the family room becomes overwhelming!

Bath time and mornings can be a stressful time in our household, so to help ease the pressure we included two ensuite bathrooms and a family bathroom, all with underfloor heating. With stunning modern, yet classic Porcelonasa suites and tiles throughout you can expect a little bit of hotel lux everyday.

If we had to describe this house in a few words it would be, Spacious, Modern with Classic design and Quality. This house is truly a wonderful space.
